Frequently Asked Questions and Answers| Ask your question

Questions 1 and 2 of 3 total

Q: Can I use the charging cable that came with my phone to charge the case?
A: Yes. Both the phone and the case charge via micro USB.
Q: Will the battery from the case or the battery from the phone be depleted first?
A: If your case is on, the battery from the case will be used first. Once the case battery is completely discharged, the phone will begin to discharge. If your case is off, the battery from your phone will be used first. We suggest that you turn your case on after your phone has depleted to 20%. Once you turn your case on, the case will charge your phone. Once the case has been fully discharged, it will shut off and the battery in your phone will begin to discharge once again.
