Frequently Asked Questions and Answers| Ask your question
Q: Can I charge my speaker and play from it using only the micro USB to USB cord (not connected to the computer via Bluetooth)?
A: No. If you cannot connect to your computer via Bluetooth with your speaker, you must have it connected to the computer with both the micro USB to USB cable (to charge) and the auxiliary cable (to play) at the same time.
Q: How do I pair my phone with my speaker?
A: First, turn on your speaker and wait to see that it is pre-paired to be paired. There is a possibility that when you turn it on, it will still be paired to the device it was last paired with. In this instance, unpair the speaker from the device if you no longer wish to have it paired with that device. Once the speaker is ready to be paired, and you would like to pair it with your phone, go to your phone's "Settings", select "Bluetooth" and make sure it is on. Your phone will search for devices to pair with. Your speaker will be named "Bluetooth". Select this option to being the pairing process. Once your phone has finished pairing with your speaker, the speaker will have a steady (not flashing) green LED to indicate that it is ready to play music from your phone.
